All welded and bolted connections undergo strict third-party testing in the implementation process.

ROOF GARDEN ENGINEERING SYSTEM
SPECSERV Inc’s Rood Garden Engineering System is comprised of a special lightweight mix of planting substrate, a unique water storage and drainage element, together with a root-and-rot proof waterproofing system that results in minimal maintenance works for roof gardens.
Benefits of having a rood garden include the reduction of urban heat by lowering roof surfaces temperatures, improvement of air quality, reduction of energy consumption by decreasing indoor heat, lessening the use of cooling equipment, and effective storm water management strategy in low-lying and flood prone areas.
DAKU and BUNGKAL, the two long time and tested roof gardens of SPECSERV are leakproof, lightweight, low maintenance, and with historical proof long lasting.

Concealed / Non-Exposed Waterproofing System
POLYURETHANE
WATERPROOFING MEMBRANE
A fast curing, two component, bitumen extended polyurethane fluid that produces a highly elastic membrane with a strong adhesion to many types of surfaces, along with an excellent mechanical and chemical resistance properties.
It is based on a pure elastomeric hydrophobic polyurethane resin extended with chemically polymerized virgin bitumen.
ELASTOMERIC CEMENTITIOUS
WATERPROOFING MEMBRANE
A cementitious, two-component, polymer modified elastomeric waterproofing and protective membrane composed of cement, quartz sand, and a special blend of chemical ingredients of an inorganic nature that makes it 100% compatible to all masonry structures. It can be applied to both horizontal or vertical surfaces.
CEMENTITIOUS CRYSTALLIZATION WATERPROOFING MATERIAL
The material’s waterproofing effect is provided by the penetration of various chemical components into the capillary tracks of the concrete through pressure of osmosis, which in turn, reacts with moisture and free lime in the concrete, forming crystals that seal the capillaries and pores, thus preventing water penetration.
Cold Applied Elastomeric Waterproofing Membrane
A water based thermoplastic acrylic emulsion dispersion especially formulated waterproofing system designed as a water shield protection for surfaces such as concrete, fiber cement board and bricks. This cold applied elastic system is seamless homogeneous layers positively bonded to the substrate which forms a continuous elastic membrane.
EXPOSED TYPE WATERPROOFING SYSTEM
Elastic Polyurethane Liquid Coating
This is a one-component PU top coating applied over a system of two-component primer and basecoat that cures with the humidity in the atmosphere to produce a very durable membrane of increased elasticity, with uniform adhesion over the entire surface. It is aliphatic, with no yellowing as a result of direct exposure to sunlight.
EXTERIOR WALL AESTHETIC WATERPROOFING COATING SYSTEM
Aesthetic Elastomeric Waterproofing Coating
A heavy duty, high build, elastomeric waterproofing coating system designed for exterior walls that is flexible, elastomeric, vapor permeable, and waterproof.
Strong and durable, its elastic membrane is able to bridge small cracks and tolerate movement of buildings.
Environment-friendly and limitless in color choices, pantone charts can be used for color references.

Exterior Raised Flooring
This time-saving and efficient system replaces the hassle of conventional concrete pouring. It is composed of pedestals with a load capacity of 1 ton each, accommodating turf grass, tiles, or paver finish.
